Most of the salespeople I coach suffer from a big problem.

Their messaging sounds BORING. They treat their buyers like robots without emotions.

Just because a CFO is interested in numbers, it doesn’t mean they don’t have a soul.

Here are some robotic messaging examples with some rewrites that add more emotion:

  • ❌ X new law is coming into effect

  • ✅ Your lawyers may be nervous & anxious about X law

  • ❌ Your sales team is inefficient

  • ✅ Your sellers hate spending 30% of their day on CRM admin

  • ❌ ABC Corp had a security breach

  • ✅ Your InfoSec team may feel threatened by ABC's breach

  • ❌ Your onboarding process is too slow

  • ✅ New hires feel overwhelmed & lost in their first 30 days

  • ❌ Your competitors are outpacing you

  • ✅ Your team is frustrated watching rivals win deals

Small changes but a big difference in the way they make people feel.
