2 weeks ago, I posted here how a lot of “influencers” selling real estate in Dubai are painting London to be the crime capital of the world, as it helps them with their narrative.
As someone who lives in London, I know this is BS because I have EXPERIENCED it.
So the lesson here is to always trust your own experience and be true to yourself.
With AI, the amount of fake news, fake images, fake videos, fake influencers is at an unprecedented level, so trusting your gut is so important. Only you know your own life and own experience.
If I only looked at social media, I’d probably never leave my house thinking London is a crime zone.
Even with the sales and marketing tips in this newsletter, they may not work for you. I’ve lived my own journey, with my own clients. What works for me may not work for you.
Listen to your gut and experience more than any influencer, content creator, politician or journalist.
A good way to help you with this in selling is to constantly reflect on your week.
On a Sunday evening or Monday morning, reflect on your wins and lessons learned from the previous week. That will help you understand if that new tactic you applied is really right for you.
