B2B Sales is suffering from ozempic and mounjaro culture.

Salespeople scroll social media looking for a magic pill.

They want results without discipline and resort to:

  • LinkedIn pitch slapping instead of thoughtful outreach

  • AI-generated slide decks instead of real discovery

  • Automated emails instead of phone calls

  • Digital calls instead of in-person meetings

BUT you can’t create an AI prompt for resilience and grit.

There’s a big debate about whether AI will eventually replace salespeople.

My view is it’ll only replace the bad ones. If you’re just doing the above, then you probably will be replaced by AI as AI can do spray and pray better than a human.

But it can’t do these things:

 ✅ Pick up the phone with your unique voice

 ✅ Personalize outreach with your personality

 ✅ Fly to meet clients in-person 

 ✅ Dig deep in discovery, even when it gets awkward

Do the things that AI can’t and you’ll win as a seller.
