LinkedIn 2026

Tips

My LinkedIn was very up and down in 2025.

I published 200+ posts. Some had 500 views. Others 300,000.

Here’s what I learnt:

π—–π—’π—‘π—§π—˜π—‘π—§ 𝗦𝗧π—₯π—”π—§π—˜π—šπ—¬

1) The hook is 90% of your reach - spend most time here

2) Mix up formats - polls, videos, photos, text only

3) Educational content generates the most leads

4) Combining educational content and personal stories is the magic formula

π—˜π—‘π—šπ—”π—šπ—˜π— π—˜π—‘π—§ π—§π—”π—–π—§π—œπ—–π—¦

5) Reply to your comments as much as possible

6) When you comment, leave something meaningful instead of "great post"

7) Personal stories are more engaging than generic advice

8) Share posts not related to work (family, partner, hobbies etc.)

9) But only 10% of the time or it becomes cringe

π— π—œπ—‘π——π—¦π—˜π—§ π—¦π—›π—œπ—™π—§π—¦

10) Getting trolls means you're winning

11) Sharing failures shows your authenticity

12) When you go viral for the first time, nothing changes

13) Focus on quality content not the algorithm - you can't change it anyway

𝗣π—₯π—”π—–π—§π—œπ—–π—”π—Ÿ π—§π—œπ—£π—¦

14) Use AI to make posts shorter but not to replace your unique voice

15) Be consistent - set a posting goal (e.g. weekly or daily) & stick to it

16) LinkedIn hates hyperlinks as they make you leave their platform

But here's the truth: None of this matters if you don't start.

Don't overthink and just publish the post.

Cheers,
