I have a GCSE A* in French but I can't formulate a sentence in French.

This is because our education system is totally broken. We're taught to learn for one-off exams, then given no formula for after.

The same broken system is killing your sales training. Companies do a 1-hour presentation on cold calling and think they've trained their team.

That's like thinking one French lesson makes you fluent. Without reinforcement, that training disappears faster than my French vocab.

So what does actual enablement look like?

✅ Listen to call recordings and provide feedback

✅ Give feedback on emails

✅ Listen to discovery calls (yes, the painful ones too)

✅ Do deal reviews together

Weekly reinforcement isn't "nice to have." Without it, you're not training anyone - you're just checking a box.

The difference between education and enablement?

Education teaches you to pass a test. Enablement teaches you to actually perform.

If you're not doing this every week, you don't have sales enablement. You have sales entertainment.
