calling mobile numbers

Connect rates for mobile/cell numbers are twice as high as office lines (Koncert).

So we always recommend to call mobiles for maximum conversion rates.

But the problem is that you may get an angry person arguing:

"Where did you get my number?"

The best response is to be 100% honest and transparent:

"I got your number from Apollo, which is our data tool. There's a form to ensure you're removed from their database. Want me to send it to you?"

Normally they're grateful and then hear out your reason for calling.

Of course, there are a few angry ones that hang up. But the majority of people appreciate the honesty.

They also appreciate you offering a way to help that doesn't involve buying your product.
